Precision was great from start to finish! I contacted them through their website on a Sunday night and was able to confirm an appointment for Tuesday morning (my choice). Sonny called about 30 minutes before he arrived on the earlier side of my time window; also something I hoped for. Alex and Carl were amazing - I would highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to anyone experiencing any garage door issues. Best Experience I ever had with a company. Joey Resto was great. Called me in the morning and let me know the timeline (even offered to bring me coffee when he was on his way) Gave me three different options with different prices. He was extremely polite, and knowledgeable. Once I agreed to the one of the options the work was done immediately and job was completed in no time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company (especially Joey!)_

I had Precision install a brand new door opener less than a year ago. The door was not closing with the remotes. When I called I got an appointment the next day (which was great). Michael came within the time frame I was scheduled and called first. He was VERY friendly professional and helpful. Solved my issue in less than twenty minutes and all is working good. Very pleased.
